1. Attend and participate in club meetings regularly
2. Prepare all speeches and meeting assignments to the best of your ability
3. Listen to others without interrupting
4. Provide helpful, constructive evaluations
5. Be on time
6. If you are unable to fulfill a role, find a replacement via personal phone call and then notify that week's Toastmaster and the VP Ed
7. Video tapes of meetings will be available at the discretion of the Sergeant At Arms
8. Maximum two prepared speeches per meeting
9. Maintain honest and highly ethical standards during all activities
10. Treat club members and guests with respect and courtesy
11. Help maintain a positive, friendly environment
12. Have fun, grow and learn
